THE JELLIES :
 

Jellies manufactured with our aperitives; the jelly of FANEUR fruity, the jelly of VIN D'MAY fruity and the jelly of GARDIAN bitter. It is to consume on bread, as accompaniment of plates and to refine sauce.

THE FANEUR JELLY :

COMPOSITION: FLOWERS OF ELDER AND LINDE, WINE, SUGAR, GELATIN.

TASTE: Sweet, fruity, type Muscat.

USE : On bread like a jam, toast, as sauce for white meat, by cooking of white meat, as accompaniment of special plates (goose liver paste) and as decoration of plates.

THE MAY JELLY :

COMPOSITION: SWEET WOODRUFF, WINE, SUGAR, GELATIN.

TASTE : Sweet, fruity, type Pineau.

USE : On bread like a jam, toast, pancakes, ice, sorbet, by cooking of white meat, as sauce, and as decoration of plates.

THE GARDIAN JELLY :

COMPOSITION : COLANUTS, CONDURANGO, CINAMMON, QUINQUINA, VANILLA, WINE, SUGAR, GELATIN.

TASTE : Spiced and featured, bilberry type.

USE : On bread like a jam, toast, in fruits for accompaniment, on red meat, and as decoration of plates.
